One Source Mobile Healthcare is the leading provider of on-site optometry and podiatry services to assisted living facilities, skilled nursing units and groups homes throughout Arizona and Nevada.
We are currently hiring for a remote appointment setter to work alongside our administrative team. This position requires a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and a professional phone etiquette. The ideal candidate will have experience with telemarketing and/or inside sales. Full training is provided. To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following:
- High speed internet
- Basic computer skills (excel, word and Google apps)
- Home office or quiet place to make phone calls
- Ability to self-manage and meet performance quotas
- Ability to interface professionally with a variety of clients (doctors / hospitals / patients / fiduciaries)
This is a part time contract position, with the opportunity for full time advancement (including medical benefits, PTO and FSL) after 90-day review.
