MedAesthetics – Lightwave LED, ABI Skin Care and Topical Light Infusion are seeking focused and ambitious candidates for our Office Assistant / CS position. This is a great opportunity to support a stable and expanding company by performing a variety of general office duties and customer support related functions.
Job Description: Summary
Administrative duties – screens mail, visitors, and callers; determines their needs, establishes priority, and route to appropriate staff. Assisting with scheduling and calendaring meetings, expense reports, and processing purchase orders and ordering office supplies
Order processing, create invoices, process credit cards, charge & maintain monthly lease payments, received & process bills/PO and other order processing functions (Quickbooks)
Maintain customer & vendor electronic and hard copy filing system.
Create files for new customers and track all necessary steps for a system sale.
Responsible for all inbound/outbound shipping. Record all incoming packages and distribute.
Assist Sales Rep with customer service, order processing, and training.
Maintain inventory for media kits, print binders and stickers for front of LIGHTWAVE system
Assist in coordinating events and trainings.
Job Requirements:
1-3 years general office experience
Proficient in:
o PC based applications
o MS office products
o Operation of standard business phone system & proper phone etiquette
Familiar with accounting systems (Quickbooks or similar)
Reliable Transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to multi-task, attention to detail and maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
Located in the Deer Valley Airpark (North Phoenix – Near I-17 & Deer Valley)
