WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to get them qualified and complete a warm transfer to complete enrollement.
This is NOT a “cold calling” role
Full time Monday through Friday 7:30am – 4:00 pm (no weekends)
Pay is $15/hr + Bonuses
Paid Weekly
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED:
Inside sales, Lead generation, or other customer service experience preferred not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable and a team player
Go the extra mile to engage customers
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Required to be on the phones, work on a computer and at a desk for extended periods of time including viewing a screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard and wearing a headset. Must be able to function effectively in a dynamic fast-paced call center environment.
