We have thousands of customers (you will have a lot of help servicing them. lol). Must have good people skills (both in person and on the phone). Need to have a general understanding of computers (we have an advanced agency management system and a two comparative raters). We have outstanding rates (we represent over 40 companies like Travelers, Safeco, Progressive, Foremost, ect.). We do not care if you ever write a life insurance policy (we write mostly auto and home policies). M-F from 9-530. NO SATURDAYS! No corporate bs like a call center or some captives. Benefits available. We work hard but still manage to have fun. And every day is casual day (we wear jeans every day and sell 500+ policies a month.).
YOU MUST HAVE A PERSONAL LINES OR P+C INSURANCE LICENSE. BILINGUAL PREFERRED.
