Job Title: Remote Data Entry & Customer Service Specialist

Compensation: $60 per hour
Experience: Minimum 5months in Data Entry and Customer Service
Responsibilities:
Efficiently perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels
Handle customer inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain and update databases with accurate and current information
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to data security and customer interactions
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles (minimum 5months )
Proficient in using data entry software and customer support tools
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data input
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Working Hours:
Minimum 5 hours per day, flexible schedule
Maximum 8 hours per day
