Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Support and Inside Sales Representative. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled in both customer service and inside sales. The role involves supporting customers through inbound and outbound calls, maintaining customer records, and assisting with sales efforts to drive business growth. The ability to handle a high volume of requests while managing multiple priorities is key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Support:

Receive inbound calls and provide exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Assist customers with order status, product information, and troubleshooting.

Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working to resolve issues effectively.

Inside Sales Support:

Place outbound calls to customers to promote products, gather information, and follow up on sales opportunities.

Update and maintain accurate customer records in the company’s CRM system.

Assist the sales team by qualifying leads and generating sales opportunities through customer interactions.

Email Campaigns:

Coordinate and assist with outbound email campaigns to engage potential and existing customers.

Create and maintain email templates for targeted marketing communications.

CRM System Management:

Utilize the company’s CRM system to log interactions, track customer progress, and maintain up-to-date records.

Ensure all data entered is accurate, organized, and accessible for future reference.

Adaptability and Prioritization:

Switch priorities and tasks quickly to meet the dynamic demands of the business.

Adapt to changing customer needs and work effectively under pressure.

High-Volume Customer Service:

Handle a high volume of in-person and over-the-phone customer service requests with patience and efficiency.

Provide solutions to customer problems while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.

Prior customer service or inside sales experience is a plus.

Proficiency with CRM systems or willingness to learn.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused attitude.
