ANSWERING INBOUND TELEPHONE CALLS FROM PROSPECTS AND CURRENT RESIDENTS
POSTING RENTS
CLOSING RENT DEPOSITS
POSTING CRAIGSLIST
TOURING PROSPECTIVE RESIDENTS
COLLECTING RENTS
ENTERING WORK ORDER REPAIR TICKETS
We train in house, and prior property management experience is NOT required.
