Equity Lifestyle Properties is hiring for the position of Courtesy Patrol to work with the team at Mesa Spirit RV Resort in Mesa, Arizona.
What You'll Do to include:
Perform routine patrolling and site inspections.
Meet and greet arriving guests to accommodate them to their site during their stay.
Monitor all guests coming in through the resort gate and validate their approval to the property.
Monitor resort activity, identify and address any issues or areas of concern and contact law enforcement if necessary.
Inspect lot sites and communicate any rules and regulation violations.
Deliver resident notices and read electric meters
Utilize quick and reasonable judgment.
Conduct golf cart and rental inspections.
Experience & skills you need:
Experience working in an RV or manufactured housing environment preferred.
Experience working in courtesy patrol preferred.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize guest satisfaction and solve problems.
High degree of comfort working in a team atmosphere.
Flexible schedule to include possible weekends and 2nd shift
Valid driver license.
