Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour (weekly pay)
2nd and 3rd shift available
Must be bilingual(Spanish/English) and have no scheduling restrictions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and support up to 150+ employees.
· Manage payroll and ensure accurate timecard reporting.
· Address personnel issues quickly and effectively.
· Conduct regular safety and communication meetings with clients.
· Oversee employee attendance and performance.
· Ensure a safe working environment through training and safety checks.
· Maintain accurate customer and employee records.
· Customize training and retention programs.
Additional Duties:
· Assist with Workers' Compensation claims.
· Conduct accident investigations and safety audits.
· Operate warehouse machinery like Electric Pallet Jacks, Reach Trucks, and Forklifts.
