We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Account Manager to join our corporate landscape company in Arizona. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients. Your primary goal will be to understand our clients' needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure their complete satisfaction with our landscape services. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong understanding of landscape management, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
MUST have landscaping account management experience
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned commercial client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and goals.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess the condition of landscapes and address any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement customized landscape management plans that align with their vision and budget.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of landscape maintenance and enhancement projects, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and successful project completion.
- Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates on ongoing projects, address any issues, and gather feedback.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, providing effective solutions and excellent customer service.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional landscape services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support new business development efforts, including preparing proposals and conducting presentations.
- Maintain accurate client records, including contracts, service agreements, and project documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in landscape management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Customer Relationship Manager, or similar role, preferably in the landscape or property management industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong knowledge of landscape management practices, including maintenance, Enhancement, irrigation, tree care, fertilization, as well as weed and pest control.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to address client concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and attend industry events as required.
