Solid credit history (no late payments, collections, or charge-offs)
Preferably owns a home, vehicle, or other property assets
Must be financially motivated but not desperate — maturity and emotional stability are key
Must have a trustworthy, open-minded, and entrepreneurial mindset
Must understand that this role requires trust without full operational disclosure
No felonies or open legal issues
Prior business or financial experience is a plus but not required
