Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for a Residential Roofing Area Manager to join a large roofing company in the Phoenix area. This individual must have both Roofing and Management experience.
RESIDENTIAL ROOFING AREA MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule and supervise a team of superintendents, project managers, and admin
Provide training to any superintendents that lack in any area of their job functions
Coordinate, organize, and schedule projects
Grow usage of tracking tools and the quality assurance program
Comply with company safety standards
RESIDENTIAL ROOFING AREA MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
5+ years residential roofing experience
Management experience
Bilingual preferred
Must have a clean driving record
