Management Couple for RV Resort Community Needed

Looking for a friendly couple to manage a beautiful, 85 spac e, 4-star, 55-plus RV resort in Star Valley, AZ (4 miles east of Payson). One team member to work in the office with skills in Excel, Microsoft Word, collect rent, give notices, online deposits, & general office skills. Second team member must have basic maintenance skills (plumbing, electric, water riser repair, landscaping), meter reading and keeping the common areas clean. The hired couple will receive housing (park model home), all utilities, and $2500/mo-$2800, depending on experience. Hours are M-F 9-4 with an hour off for lunch.
