Gainey Ranch Community Association is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Landscape Operations Manager position. The landscape manager provides service to eighteen satellite communities (sub associations) and maintains the Gainey Ranch Community Association commons space. The landscape manager manages approximately 35 landscape staff members in the completion of these responsibilities. Gainey Ranch is an exclusive Resort Community that serves 1400 members maintaining landscaping maintenance, building maintenance, security services and Estate Club member operations.
A qualified candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing landscape maintenance and construction staff that includes light landscape design abilities. Preferred 2 or 4 year college degree, strong computer and communications skills and certifications in landscaping such as Master Gardener, Office of Pest Management, etc. and Spanish bilingual are a plus.
The position has a salary range of $60k to $65k depending upon experience and is eligible for annual bonus compensation based upon performance. Gainey Ranch offers company vehicle, paid vacation leave, sick leave and has a medical and dental insurance program and an outstanding working environment.
