Successful in creating and fostering a profitable HVAC team. Ability to collaborate with the CEO on team management and overall company growth. Proven structure plans resulting in sales and revenue success.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 5-10 HVAC Technicians
Confident in setting Sales and Service goals
Contribute to the continuous development of sales strategy.
Identify opportunities for business growth
Onboard new HVAC Technicians
Cultivate and foster vendor and supplier relationships
Ensure the timely delivery of equipment and parts
Stay up to date with the latest HVAC products and technologies
Provide ongoing training opportunities for technicians
Collaborate with CEO to maximize cohesive team performance
Requirements:
7+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Proven Management resulting in company growth
Track record of exceeding sales/revenue goals
Project Management and planning skills
Efficiency in communication and interpersonal development
Recognition in collaboration between partners and owners
Successful businesses offering recommendations
Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
