Hello!
We are looking for a part time worker and eventual business manager for my Business PVC Armory. We are a small business (room for growth) We make archery bows out of PVC pipe and sell them mostly on our Etsy Shop. We are starting paying 16 per hour Here is what we are looking for:
Quick learner (this job requires a lot of training so picking up quickly will be important)
Able to work well alone. (if you enjoy working by yourself this would be a perfect job for you). This may change as we grow :)
Self motivated. Once training is done you will mostly be unmonitored so as long as you are meeting quota we are good!
Work well with your hands
Able to follow instructions well
We are looking for someone committed to taking the time to learn the business and making it grow.
This job can be highly satisfying! We are hoping to find someone who just loves making things and enjoys business.
Note:
We hope to be able to offer the manager position to you in the future, we would need additional skills like customer service, problem solving and ability to communicate and work well with others.
General duties:
Sanding PVC pipe
Forming with heat guns/boxes
Painting bows
Stringing
Test shooting bows
Detailing bows
Inventory
Cleaning
Organizing
Production reports
Manager duties may expand to:
Answering customer messages
Writing down new orders
Shopping for supplies
