The qualified candidate MUST possess the following skills:
A minimum of 2 consecutive years of Apartment Community experience. Must possess all necessary skills required to organize and manage an apartment community. These include; all current Arizona landlord/tenant laws, particularly as they relate to COVID mandates and current market conditions, collecting/posting rent payments, pest control scheduling, tenant dispute resolution, vendor coordination, competitive pricing and marketing, just to name a few.
- Must be fluent in both English/Spanish, both verbal and written.
- We pride ourselves in our excellent phone skills and fast response times. Customer service skills must be top notch! Our Resident care and consideration in our community is our 1st priority.
- We will NOT consider any candidate without STRONG Apartment Community experience! Please do not apply if you do not have any of these first few points.
- We are a highly efficient team that works well both independently and as a team. Daily multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment is a given. We have a proactive communication approach to all needs of the community, site management and the Corporate office.
- The perfect detail oriented candidate is thorough and accurate with all scheduling, postings and reports.
- Must be experienced with all Microsoft office products as well as all social media outlets. Our Best candidate for Leasing Agent is required to navigate independently, and be well versed in these programs and platforms.
- AppFolio Property Management software are is a must! Working knowledge of Excel is a definite plus
- Salary will commensurate with experience.
