Our local CPA firm is looking to bring on a part-time Senior Tax Preparer/Reviewer.
You will be tasked with preparing a variety advanced tax returns and assisting in the review of less complex returns that were prepared by junior staff. Our clients span a variety of industries, and mostly consist of S-Corporations and Partnership returns, along with accompanying 1040 preparation.
You will also need to be familiar with QuickBooks (desktop & online) to handle year-end cleanup of books.
An ideal candidate will have:
-CPA or EA License.
-Minimum of 5 recent years preparing income tax returns of average to high complexity.
-Experience with CCH Axcess (preferred) or Prosystem fx.
-Familiarity with paperless software solutions.
-Past experience with tax review.
We are flexible with scheduling, but will need reliable and higher availability during tax and extension season. This is a hybrid remote/in office position after initial training.
