Join our team of an established Residential Concrete Subcontractor would be full-time working in an office environment, on the Westside of town. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the following, Knowledge/Skills & Ability
Piece Work Job costing Payroll experience minimum 1 Year for a Residential Concrete Subcontractor or similar trade for New home builds.
Ability to assist with processing high-volume weekly payroll, meet daily & weekly deadlines.
Must be detailed oriented, with a willingness to research errors to produce accurate payroll.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to learn and retain new information
Must have a sense of urgency and the ability to communicate professionally with field supervisors to get accurate job information.
Strong organization and follow-up skills.
Must have a strong knowledge of working in Excel
Experience using Job costing accounting software
Knowledge of Accounting principals a plus and Recording
Requirements:
Proficient use of MS Excel, Word A+
Must be organized, Self Starter, ability to work independently while achieving results
Experience using Job Costing Software, Sage, Computer Ease, Timberline
Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills bilingual Spanish\English A
Full-time Availability Monday through Friday.
Work hours: 7:30 to 4pm Paid Weekly
