Job Summary: We are a family owned independent used car dealership seeking a detail-oriented good attitude Finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, customer relationship management, and loan processing and used cars. Duties: - Take, review and process loan applications in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements - Collect any information needed for processing and ensuring speedy funding of all deals - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Utilize 10-key typing skills for data entry and accuracy in financial transactions - Manage customer relationships effectively to enhance client satisfaction - Perform basic math calculations for financial analysis and reporting - Collaborate with the team to support contract processing and loan officer activities Skills: - Proficiency in loan processing procedures and regulations, including TILA guidelines - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships - Experience in finance for auto dealership is required. Familiar with CUDL, Dealer Center, Dealertrack - Familiarity with title processing and documentation requirements - Ability to use 10-key typing for efficient data entry - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively This position offers a competitive salary, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.
