Local Landscaping company has immediate opening for AR Manager
Job Description:
1) Billing 50 customers - 25 million a year using AIA forms
2) Lien Waivers -
3) Entering payments into computer
4) Making collection calls when needed
5) Using Textura, Procure, Land development
6) Setting up new jobs
7) Balancing Cash each month
8) Developing relationship with Builders
9) Helping to close out month - Month end entries - sales tax-
10) Billing and following up on Change Orders - working with Project Managers
11) Part of Accounting team - helping with company activities
Requirements:
1) Experience in AR, accounting - college preferred but not required
2) Bi-lingual -(English / Spanish ) a plus but not required
3) Excel and Word experience
4) Deltex /ComputerEase Software experience a plus

Job Type
1) Full time – Monday to Friday: Hours 6 AM to 3:00 PM or 5:00 AM to 2:00PM
2) Hourly pay $26 per hour or more based on experience
3) Paid Vacation and Holidays
4) Bonus mid-year and end of year
