This role supports our CFO and tax advisory team by handling high-impact administrative and accounting tasks, coordinating with clients, and translating complex financial information into clear action items. This role bridges day-to-day bookkeeping details with big-picture strategy -keeping both our internal team and our clients organized, informed, and moving forward

Who you are?

You have a background in public accounting as an admin support, bookkeeping,or high-level administrative accounting support and you know how to keep things accurate and on track.

You understand business finances and S corp bookkeeping/payroll, and you've worked with tools like Quickbooks or similar platform

You’re confident in communicating with co-workers and clients

You thrive in a fast paced environment and have a knack for juggling multiple timelines, entities and task lists.

You are organized and proactive- checklists, timelines and clean spreadsheets are your happy place.

You are solutions-focused and growth-minded, when a tax notice comes in or a calendar gets chaotic, you're the first to say “I’ve got this”!

You're not afraid to ask questions, jump into new systems, or handle the behind the scenes work that keeps strategy moving forward.

2+ years of experience in accounting, executive assistant or administrative support is a strong plus

What the Job Looks Like

Client Communication & Project Management

Screening calls and emails, prioritizing what matters, and keeping Communication flowing with both clients and internal CFO/TAX advisory team.

Drafting Client-facing updates, requests and correspondence centered on project needs

Tracking follow-ups and deadlines after meetings- making sure items don't get lost

Helping remove low leverage tasks from the CFO Director’s plate so they can focus on big picture strategy

Calendar & Meeting Management

Coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings, and staying two steps ahead of potential conflicts

Sending out reminders, preparing agendas, and managing zoom links or room meetings

Attending client strategy calls, capturing accurate notes and ensuring deliverables get done

Accounting, Payroll and Real Estate Support

Assisting with monthly bookkeeping, budgeting, and payroll processing for an array of internal entities

Managing real estate, organizing the record of repairs & maintenance, lease-up fees, and owner ledgers from property management groups

Researching relevant Tax issues

What Success looks like in this Role

Clients receive timely clear answers instead of chasing down confusion

Internal books are up to date, payroll runs smoothly and budgets are accurate

Real estate records and ledgers are organized, accessible and budgets are accurate.

Every meeting ends with a game plan and you make sure it’s followed through
