Seeking an experienced and dedicated bookkeeper to add to our small accounting team who has experience with sage 50 / Peachtree. We are a logistics and brokerage company located in Mesa, Arizona and work in a small office setting. Candidate must be proficient with strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have good customer service skills with complimentary phone etiquette. Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed. Candidate must be responsible, reliable and trustworthy. A person who is a team player and can demonstrate professionalism and good office conduct.
Duties include:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Payroll
- Month end and year end processing
- Billing
- Answering phones
- Filing
- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel.
- Proficient in Peach Tree (with the possibility of changing to QuickBooks if accounting team can lead the transition)
- Manage invoices.
- Managing ledger.
- Tax preparations for CPA
Pay is based on experience. Health Insurance after 30 days of employment. Must be able to pass background check.
Hours are Monday - Friday - 7am-3pm ( Stapley and Southern)
