Senior Filmmaker

Essential Job Functions Serves as a senior creative contributor, working closely with the Marketing & Visual Arts Sr. Director and Team Leads to shape the visual narrative of the church through conceptual development, storyboarding, scripting, and production planning. Leads on-location and studio shoots with advanced proficiency in cinematography, lighting, audio capture, and grip equipment. Crafts compelling, high-quality edits—including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics—to meet the highest visual and storytelling standards. Partners with various ministry leaders to guide projects from initial concept to delivery. Provides creative leadership and mentoring to junior team members, setting a standard of excellence in both craft and collaboration.
