our team at A Toe Truck, a trusted leader in towing services. We are seeking a Fleet Mechanic

Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our tow truck fleet and ensure seamless

operations.

Responsibilities:

 Manage and coordinate all maintenance and repair activities for a fleet of 60+ light,

medium, and heavy-duty vehicles.

 Supervise and lead mechanics/technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high

performance.

 Conduct regular inspections to uphold fleet safety, compliance, and efficiency.

 Schedule routine maintenance and handle emergency repairs to minimize downtime.

 Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory.

 Diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issues as required.

 Collaborate with management to define and maintain operational priorities.

 Oversee DOT inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.

 Manage parts and supply procurement while optimizing inventory efficiency.

Qualifications:

 10-15 years of experience in fleet maintenance, heavy-duty truck repair, or a related field.

 Proven supervisory or leadership experience in an automotive or mechanical

environment.

 Comprehensive knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.

 Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for mechanical issues.

 Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

 ASE certification or equivalent is preferred.

 CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) is preferred but not mandatory.

 DOT certification is a plus.

 Welding and fabrication experience is also a plus.
