We are looking for a Accessory Install/Parts assistant.
40 hours per week. Paid Bi-Weekly. Tuesday - Saturday 8am - 5pm
We provide a great work environment in an exiting and ever changing industry. We are growing every year and will be doing so for a while. This location has been in town for 6 years and the company in business for over 25 years. We have opportunities to see and work with Can-Am UTV's, Sea Doo PWC's, Yamaha PWC's, Yamaha Jet Boats, and more to come.
Job Description
The job will be working with customers to help them customize their newly purchased Side by Side, Boat, or Personal Watercraft. Along with working with the customers you'll be installing the accessories as well. You'll be on display, working inside the showroom for all customer to come by and see the installation process. You'll also walk the customer threw their new toys and explain how they work, warranty, and how to stay safe on the dirt or water.
Responsibilities
Assisting in the parts department
Installing Accessories on units
Doing new unit orientation with customers.
Unit Assembly
Filling in where needed, when needed.
Requirements
Mechanically inclined with HUGE attention to detail
Metric and Torx tool set, more details available
Simple 12v elec. system knowledge.
Must be able to lift 40lbs.
Need to be able to work CLEAN, and have pride in workmanship.
Clean driving record.
Great with customers. Outgoing.
This is a physical job. You'll be up and down, twisted sideways, bent forward/backward, lying down, and climbing.
Working outside in the heat or cold of Arizona will happen.
