The Live In Security Caretaker can be 1 single person or a couple and requires occupying the mobile home on the Willow Valley Club Association Marina property on work days. Caretaker(s) shall provide general maintenance for the marina, beaches, parking lots, clubhouse and security for the marina & beaches. Responsible for updating the dock rental information as supplied by the office. Daily maintenance of docks, restrooms, and grounds areas including sand and gravel, gates and docks, watering, weeding and mowing of lawns, trimming bushes, dumping trash, etc. All needed tools & equipment is provided. Caretaker shall provide security for the marina and beach areas by checking any person entering the gate for membership info, gate cards, vehicle stickers, etc.
Background check and drug test is a must. No felony convictions allowed.
