Allied Forces Temporary Services has an open position for an Front Office / Receptionist:

We are currently seeking an experienced temporary receptionist/filing assistant, Monday through Thursday, from 9am to 3pm daily. This individual would serve as the first point-of-contact to the public and support the office with answering phones, filing, scanning, copying, receipts and other basic administrative tasks. This role may require driving short distance from time-to-time.

The Front Office /Receptionist is responsible for providing daily operations support for all internal and external customers.

Front Office / Receptionist should be a source of useful information regarding company products, services, policies and procedures.

The Front Office /Receptionist should also maintain an innate ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and customers.

Front Office / Receptionist essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

Front Office / Receptionist is required to be at assigned work area at the start of shift.

The Front Office / Customer Service Representative must be proficient in Microsoft Office software, i.e. Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Front Office / Receptionist must be proficient in data entry and typing proficiency 38 wpm.

Provide accurate customer information to internal and external customers.

Front Office / Receptionist maintains detailed and precise customer and/or client note documentation per each account.

Provide general office support to executive staff.

Preferred Education and Experience Required:

High School diploma or GED

1-2 years experience as Customer Service Professional i.e. office support, customer service call center, customer service assistant, and administrative support.

Must be available to work assigned work schedule Monday through Friday and/or weekends per business needs.

Capable to lift office supplies of 30-40 lbs.

Skilled Customer Service Representatives must be able to communicate effectively i.e. written, verbal, and presentations when applicable.

Maintain a think outside of the box professional attitude.

A Front Office / Customer Service Representative should have an ability to retain customer product knowledge, problem solving, effective listening skills, and multi-tasking.
