Banker Industries is an independently owned Arizona company that has been in business since 1977. The company specializes in the installation of insulation in both residential and commercial applications as well as existing home weatherization.

Banker has a strong, well-known, regional presence, respected reputation for its high quality and excellent service. Banker corporate office is located in Chandler, AZ. with 10 branches presently, 8 Arizona, 1 in Washington, and 1 in New Mexico.

Highly skilled and deeply experienced in all phases of residential and commercial insulation applications, the company’s unsurpassed reputation has earned it a broadly based and extensive customer list which includes some of its service areas largest general contractors.

Banker operations include a fully outfitted and staffed equipment Maintenance facility, covered warehouses at each location, highest quality name brand materials and a large fleet of specialized vehicles to expedite each project.

Banker also sells and installs fireplaces in either new or older homes.

Banker Insulation is currently searching for an Office Manager at our branch. This position is a significant contributor to the management of the branch and requires a “hands on", individual with a demonstrated administrative ability. Office Managers work in a variety of settings and have a wide variety of responsibilities. Each task an Office Manager has ensures the staff can work together dynamically. They are often accountable for planning the work and supervising the staff. This means they are responsible for knowing strengths and weaknesses for each member of the organization. As Office Manager your duties would consist of but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

-Administrative functions of the branch office at the direction of the Branch Manager.

-Customer communications.

-Project set up, customer invoicing, deposits & receipts posting, job cost tracking, payroll A/R and inventory postings.

-Supervisory responsibilities for administrative tasks

-Act in managerial capacity in the absence of the Branch Manager.

Requirements:

-Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience

-Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures

-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

-Attention to detail and problem solving skills

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Strong organizational and planning skills

-Proficient in MS Word, Office, Excel, Word & general computer skills

-Understanding of contract requirements, job costs & billings

-Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures

-Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures, bookkeeping, & organization

-Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures

-Knowledge of business and management principles

-Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages

-Experience in Construction is a plus

-Knowledge of Inventory system is preferred
