The customer service representative is responsible for verifying required documents to process orders, and following up on delayed documents. In addition, this position completes the daily shipping of accessory orders using the Ordoro app. We would like you to learn about our products and company to accurately answer questions when assisting our customers via phone calls, live chats, and emails. Responsibilities and Duties
Shipping accessory orders using the Ordoro shipping app
Answering customer questions over the phone, live chat, or email (no customer face-to-face contact)
Taking orders manually over the phone
Minor assembly and packaging of accessories
Verifying documents required to process orders
Learning about our products and services
Qualifications and Skills
Must be 18 or older
Quick learner with strong attention to details
Good written and oral communication skills
Mathematically competent
English proficiency & writing skills
Once trained, requires minimal supervision
Spanish proficiency is a bonus (not required)
