Shop help needed

Home based machine manufacturing business, need 1 or 2 part time people to cut steel with Bandsaw and chop saw, also grinding and drilling. Perfect for an active retiree who wants to work a day or two, or also a young person who wants to learn shop techniques, perhaps also learn welding and simple lathe work. 4 or 5 hours once or twice a week, weekdays noon to 4 or 5pm. I can show you what to do, and you can do it correctly to help me stay ahead of things.
