We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Paint & Prep Specialist for window restoration projects. This position will focus on refurbishing wood with aluminum clad Pella windows, requiring a keen eye for detail and expertise in painting and preparation techniques.
Responsibilities:
Perform detailed preparation work on wood with aluminum clad Pella windows prior to painting, including sanding, priming, and caulking.
Execute precise painting techniques to ensure high-quality finishes on refurbished windows.
Collaborate with the construction team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and quality expectations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements:
Prior experience in window restoration, particularly with wood with aluminum clad Pella windows, is highly preferred.
Expertise in painting and preparation techniques, including sanding, priming, and caulking.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must have reliable transportation and own basic hand tools.
18 years of age or older.
