I have a five star bed-and-breakfast in central Lake Havasu City near the high school with multiple units that’s been in business for almost 10 years.
I have an XL room with a little kitchen and two bathrooms that you can move into if you get this position. You would have Internet, utilities, covered and entertainment like Netflix and Hulu, etc. My last cleaner lived there for seven years and she just bought a house.
The exchange would be two hours, a day of work in exchange for rent and utilities. This job normally is between 15 to 20 hours a week. if you work over your 14 hours a week of work you get paid $20 an hour cash I need someone dependable and a hard worker who is available and on-call between the hours of 11 AM and 4 PM. We have instant books, so we never really know the schedule some days you may work for only one hour while others you may have to clean all three units, working a full five hours. Some days you won’t have any work. Guest check out at 11 AM and the next arriving guest check in at 4 PM so whatever unit checks out on a particular day you would have to be there to have it ready by 4 PM for every check out.
I normally go out of state for many months at a time, so I need somebody who I can count on that can be a property manager and run this business I might consider a couple as long as your priority is this Airbnb.
