Hotel in Bullhead City, AZ, 3 miles from Laughlin, Nevada is needing to hire 1-2 front desk agents for morning, evening or overnight shifts for our recently renovated hotel.
Previous hotel experience is preferred but not necessary if strong customer service, and sales experience over two years with strong communication and computer skills.
Reliable, friendly, customer service oriented individuals and professional applicants, are needed for this position.
Must have valid driver's license, able to pass background/drug check, have available transportation to work beyond bus hours if needed, and sales or customer service experience over 2+ years required.
Outgoing personality, able to easily work on computers to make reservations, send emails and follow up with groups and guest inquiries or concerns.
Organized, multi tasking individuals who are calm and can problem solve if needed, are encouraged to apply.
Must be able to walk up and down stairs easily and send correspondence, answer phones, file and book reservations.
