Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Procurement Analyst – Governance Lead to support BDS Global Supply Chain Capability & Culture Communications in Mesa, AZ, El Segundo, CA, Huntsville, AL, Oklahoma City, OK, New Orleans, LA, Ridley Park, PA, Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, Berkeley/Hazelwood, MO, Everett, WA, or Seattle, WA !The Procurement Analyst Governance Lead will lead the development of strategic approaches to communicate plans and in alignment with business objectives that are tailed to support the BDS Supply Chain business unit goals.We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed oriented procurement analyst focused on Supply Chain Governance. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective governance practices in support BDS Global Supply Chain & Integration (GSC&I) Capability and Culture. Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators and communicate them to various levels of leadership, including senior and executive leadership

Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements

Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators as it relates to Supply Chain Communications and Culture

Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities

Leads cross-functional process management activities

Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action

Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.This position is for 1st shift.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

More than 5 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management

More than 5 years of experience with project management

More than 3 years of experience participating in analytics projects and initiatives across multiple functions and business units

More than 3 years of experience in a role that required articulating data analysis summaries verbally or via PowerPoint presentations to various audience including senior management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

More than 3 years of experience developing and managing governance and/or leading process improvement

Strong oral and written communication skills

Good analytical and problem – solving abilities with keen attention to detail

Typical Education/Experience:Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
