Job SummaryJoin the American Leadership Academy (ALA) in the Mesa, AZ area as the Director of Dining Services, where you'll oversee the day-to-day food service program for 12 schools, including both high schools and elementary schools. With a diverse student body, you'll manage a dedicated team of 50-60 frontline associates, including school leads. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will partner with the Assistant Food Service Directors and our skilled Executive Chef to lead the team in delivering outstanding service and unforgettable culinary experiences.This role involves strategic planning and operational excellence, ensuring the continuation of our positive relationship with the client. Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments

Preferred Qualifications:
BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
K12 food service experience preferred
Five years of foodservice operation experience
High volume production is essential
Previous experience managing a budget
Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
