Responsible to coordinate all Medical Staff and Executive Committee meetings to include notification of members, attendance at all meetings, agenda preparations, taking notes, writing and transcribing all committee minutes in prescribed format to ensure minutes are documented appropriately for The Joint Commission, ESIS, and other regulatory agencies.
