Job Overview:As the Receptionist you will provide support to the Community Manager which includes assisting homeowners and other administrative duties to ensure we deliver exceptional services and solutions that enhance the value of the property and the lifestyle of the residents.Compensation: $16-18 per hour, depending on experienceFirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.Your Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks (service requests, architectural requests, tracking deposits, process payments)
Assist and follow up with homeowners, board members, and vendors for general inquiries
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite, friendly, and professional manner
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute mail and packages
Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
Be knowledgeable of governing documents, rules and regulations
Escalate issues as needed
Assist in organizing community events and related materials
Assist in other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
2+ years of office experience required
Physical Requirements:
Sit or stand for extended periods of time in an office environment
Able to safely lift, carry, and move up to 20 pounds
