You will report directly to our Program Controls guide and you will work out of our Aero location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will impact the financial health, operational efficiency, risk management, stakeholder relationships, and overall success of multiple programs and projects within the Aerospace business unit.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Guide the program controls function for projects and programs
Develop and implement project planning and scheduling strategies
Monitor and control project costs and budgets
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Analyze project performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices
Responsible for reliable program EVM (earned value management) application, compliance and procedures
Responsible for program EAC (estimate at completion) management
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 2 years of experience in program controls, project management, or related roles
Experience with project planning and scheduling tools
