Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in Glendale, Arizona. This role revolves around providing administrative and logistical support within a social work environment. The successful candidate will be expected to efficiently manage a variety of tasks, ranging from handling inbound calls to managing and assisting Case Managers with various administrative and logistics tasks. Driving within 25 radius is required, mileage is reimbursed.Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly and professionally. Manage and maintain an accurate and up-to-date calendar for the social work team, scheduling meetings and appointments as necessary. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, assisting with documentation and logistics as required. Ensure the maintenance of accurate and detailed customer records, updating information as necessary. Utilize excellent communication skills to liaise between different team members, departments, and clients, fostering a cohesive and efficient work environment. Act as a liaison between the social work team and clients, providing updates and information as needed. Ensure all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and effective manner, escalating issues when necessary. Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard. Assist with other ad hoc administrative duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.Requirements Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently Capable of managing multiple calendars and scheduling appointments Experience with office administrative tasks including filing, organizing, and maintaining records Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
