Instructors must demonstrate satisfactory proficiency for all tasks and sub-tasks on which students in their respective courses will be evaluated.
Instructors must apply advanced instructional methods and adult learning models to training during platform instruction, small group instruction, individual instruction, long distance learning, mentorship, and coaching.
Instructors will provide research support to students during performance-based practical exercise planning and preparation time.

Secret Clearance
At least six years’ Federal Government (military or civilian) experience, service specific HUMINT MOS
Intelligence interrogation certification from a DOD approved training course (35M, 351M, 97E, 351E, MAGTF CI, DIA 10 course or JICC).
At least two years’ experience in managing intelligence interrogation operations and at least two years’ experience conducting intelligence interrogations.
Preferred at least two years’ experience in conducting training.
