Must have experience in the formulation, assessment, and execution of training requirements and alternatives (platform instruction, distance learning, blended training, interactive multimedia instruction). Must have experience in development of requisite training materials, products, and documentation. Must be capable of instructing personnel from prepared course material. Must be available to travel to various training locations. Must have strong written and oral communication skills.Here’s what you’ll need :Qualifications for Training Specialists - J7 (Direct Support to Training)a) TOP SECRET security clearance with eligibility for SCI access (SECRET to start; TS granted within one year).b) Extensive working knowledge of MS Office Suite applications, Adobe Captivate (with certification no older than 2017), and Blackboard Learning Management System (LMS).c) Experience in troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of instructional/technical issues, collaborating, and communicating with all levels of management.Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
