Supervise and manage a group technical team ensuring that technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner.

Under the guidance of the Deputy Project Manager, responsible for the overall management of the System/Server technical team, ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner.

Performs enterprise wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems.

Able to perform direct and advisory roles in oversight, planning and implementation of projects and initiatives.

Conduct problem resolution and identify process improvements. Interface as needed at multiple levels of management, providing information and thought leadership in technical areas.

Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.

Coordinates development of deliverables and products.

Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as required.

Arranges/attends/and conducts meetings and briefings to coordinate GEFS3 efforts with NECS, ARCYBER, and supported commands.

Creates documentation, briefings, and project plans necessary to support GEFS3.

Responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned project.

Participates in special projects as required.

Strong and Effective management and leadership skills for a team of 20-25 employees.

Technical background in Computer Systems/Server. Must be able to interview entry level and intermediate candidates with technical knowledge; assist with interviews for senior level candidates

Proven ability to develop strategic initiatives, operating plans, and project mitigation strategies.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience● Required Technical Skills: Technical background in Computer Systems/Server. Must be able to interview entry level and intermediate candidates with technical knowledge; assist with interviews for senior level candidates.● Security Clearance Level: Obtain and maintain SECRET clearance● 8570 certification: IAT Level II Certification (CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP)● PMP, ITIL Foundations V4, or equivalent certification within 6 months of hire date● Location On Customer Site, Ft. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
