Responsibilities:
Ensure School Reaches Performance Standards
-Work w/ school admissions daily to monitor student numbers & status
-Lead weekly staff meetings; identify & implement weekly action steps
-Work w/ marketing department to maximize leads & minimize costs
Work with Leadership Team to Achieve Company Goals
-Communicate performance expectations to employees
-Provide performance feedback- create & implement employee development plans
-Oversee hiring & training
Oversee Curriculum Quality & Development
- Ensure integrity of curriculum & teaching techniques are maintained
- Ensure staff is adhering to school policies.
- Oversee training of students to achieve on-time completion of program
Follow Industry Trends, Risks, & Opportunities
- Build relationships w/ local funding sources, businesses & recruiters to benefit enrollment, graduation & placement goals
Ensure Accounting Best Practices are Followed
-Manage & process payments
-Submit weekly payroll & complete monthly financial reports
-Manage site budget and resources effectively
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting (preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Knowledge of educational best practices and curriculum development
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Valid Class A CDL & 2 years minimum tractor trailer driving experience
