Kennelly Concepts is hiring a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our experienced and committed team. They have 12 property locations located in Williams and Flagstaff, AZ. The position could possibly become full time in the future.

A Maintenance Technician's primary role is to support the Project Manager by ensuring the site's safety and completing required maintenance and equipment repairs; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance. This will include prioritizing and processing work orders which may include both urgent and routine maintenance of properties.

This position is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance work is done in compliance with OSHA regulations, and Kennelly Concepts policies and procedures.

A Maintenance Technician is responsible to provide outstanding customer service to our team, well-timed and proactive property maintenance, safeguarding good financial health and stability of the properties, and completing all required paperwork and reports on time.

For this position, we are seeking a dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast-paced, flexible, and hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and communicative. Must have a minimum of one year of experience in property maintenance, building engineering or a related field.

Compensation: DOE + Benefits!

Schedule: 24 hours a week - Sat, Sun & Mon and on-call for emergencies.

Qualification Requirements:

The requirements listed below are representative, but not exclusive of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

High school diploma or GED.

Intermediate proficiency in using smartphones, tablets and system softwares (preferable)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

At least one year of work experience in property maintenance and repairs, construction or related experience.

Ability to speak, read and write in English.

Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner; both verbally and in writing.
