Kopa Home Services is a licensed (AZROC 333440), bonded and insured minor home improvement provider. Kopa Home provides services to vacation rentals and long term rentals within our Property Management portfolio. Kopa Home also services personal properties and commercial properties out side of portfolio in the local Flagstaff area and greater surrounding area.
Kopa Home is looking for a maintenance technician with high quality standards, a strong work ethic and good communication to be a part of our team. Our team is in need of someone interested and willing to perform maintenance technician, maintenance helper, and/or grounds crew responsibilities.
The duties of the maintenance team may include, but are not limited to:
Grounds keeping
Exterior Maintenance
Interior Maintenance
Snow Removal
Touch Up Painting
Interior Painting
Drywall Repair
General Maintenance
Requirements:
Ability to perform physical labor such as snow removal and lifting up to 50lbs unassisted
Smart phone (we also provide one)
Google email address
Background check
Compensation:
Hourly rate $22-$25/hr, DOE with scheduled increases
Company Maintenance Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance
Accrued Sick Time
Accrued Vacation Time After 6 Months
Branded work attire provided
Tool and clothing allowance
