ELECTRICAL SERVICE MANAGER
N.J. Shaum and Son, Inc. Electrical Contractors (NJS) has been providing quality electrical products and services to Northern Arizona since 1941. We are currently seeking a Service Manager to join our team.
The Service Manager is an important part of the NJS management team and provides critical support to multiple jobs in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Service Manager Qualities:

Service Manager Duties:
Manage service agreements and keep current with contractual requirements/requests.
Maintain documentation as needed.
Prepare estimates.
Review all work orders and daily reports as they are submitted.
Review and submit service department weekly payroll.
Help with scheduling and directing techs on more technical or complex service calls.
Mange submittals and approvals for work orders as needed.
Order material requested for/by service technicians.
Coordinate logistics such as equipment and material needed.
Coordinates with other departments for labor, material, and equipment resources
Deal with difficult customers and customer complaints
Task and supervise Service Coordinator for overall service department effectiveness.
Manage 24-7 on-call operations.
Manage small projects.
Manage service techs:
-for time, material, and equipment usage
-Give technical support and advise to techs
-Obtain building permits as needed
Perform service calls as needed to supplement service call overload.
Work with PMs and other managers as needed to help the team perform as the Premier Electrical Contractor
