We’re looking for a talented and experienced Carpenter to join our team and bring their skills to high-quality residential, commercial, and custom woodworking projects. This is your opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship, lead by example, and work on projects you can take pride in — from custom cabinetry and fine finishes to full-scale builds.

If you’re passionate about your trade, take pride in detail, and want to be part of a company that values your craft, we’d love to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and drawings to bring designs to life.

Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood components with precision and artistry.

Execute high-quality finish carpentry including trim, doors, stairs, built-ins, and custom furniture.

Repair and restore wood structures as needed.

Lead or mentor apprentices and less experienced team members.

Operate power tools, hand tools, and woodworking machinery safely and effectively.

Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers to achieve desired results.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of professional carpentry experience, ideally in both rough and finish work.

Exceptional skill and pride in craftsmanship.

Strong understanding of wood types, joinery, and finishing techniques.

Ability to read and execute blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.

Physical ability to perform manual tasks, lift heavy materials, and work on ladders or scaffolding.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Bonus Points

Experience in custom woodworking or high-end residential projects.

Ability to fabricate or design custom pieces.

Leadership experience or ability to train others.

Certification or formal training in woodworking or carpentry.

What We Offer

Competitive pay based on experience & skill.

Opportunities to work on exciting, high-quality projects.

Supportive team environment where craftsmanship is valued.

Room for growth and advancement.
