ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements:
Equipment service and repairs to include:
- Maintenance and repair on al Matador Coffee owned field equipment;
- Filter changes;
- Refurbishing and repairing equipment for resale; and
- Maintaining and repairing Matador Coffee Shop equipment.
Flexible schedule. Maintenance and service schedule will be Monday-Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with same day service cut-off at 3:00 pm unless otherwise agreed upon.
Repair coffee brewers, expresso machines, coffee grinders, any equipment associated with coffee preparation.
Ability to use a multimeter and other basic diagnostic tools to diagnose issues on hot beverage equipment in conjunction with service manuals to find the most-cost effective repair
Completes all assigned work and associated paperwork
Ability to follow in-house ticketing and work tracking procedures
Ability to communicate professionally with customers at all levels and strong desire to provide excellent customer service
Provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery to your customers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with hot beverage dispensing equipment is preferred but not required.
Must possess basic computer/smartphone skills and own a smartphone.
Possess valid drivers’ license and be insurable as a driver.
Ability to travel to stores and occasionally out of town.
Ability to work alone.
