Receptionist/Client Specialist responsibilities include scheduling treatments and answering clients’ questions about services provided. Confirming scheduled appointments via phone. Greeting customers upon their arrival and preparing them for their treatments selected and communicating with all staff members in preparation for guest treatments. Overseeing spa operations to ensure a wonderful client experience.
To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized, have strong communication and computer skills and enjoy managing clients with grace, even during peak demand. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to guide guests through our exceptional Spa experience providing the highest level of service.
We have Part- time positions available.
